Will CCS be free for the Stellaris Launchpad?

Ok.. I know there is arm-gcc as well as code sourcery, but will Code Composer Studio be limited or a full version for the Launchpad. It will be really nice if it is.. just like the C2000 Launchpad.

No information released yet... Normally they lock the unrestricted version to the board it self.

I sure hope so - as long as the boards stay cheap, I'm fine with a locked version.

Any info about CSS limits for the free lisence? Is it 16kB code size limit like with MSP430?

Free full function if you are using CCS with the Stellaris launchpad.

Also in the TI's official launchpad workbook document, get it here -> http://software-dl.t...PadWorkbook.pdf , its clearly stated, quoting page 2-8 (or page 42) :
If you haven’t already licensed Code Composer, you’ll be asked to do so in the next few
installation steps. When that happens, select “Evaluation”. As long as your PC is
connected to the LaunchPad board, Code Composer will have full functionality, free of
charge. You can go back and change the license if needed by ....…
